New album of Mad Season
Mike McCready anunció durante una entrevista de radio en LA WFPK que Mad Season está planeando volver a lanzar “above” y que también tienen un álbum en vivo. Mad Season lanzó su álbum en 1995 y tocó su último show en abril de 1995. las 3/4 de la alineación (Mike McCready, Baker y Barrett Martin) habían grabado instrumentales para un segundo álbum en 1997 pero no se pudieron conseguir que Staley o Mark Lanegan cantasen en él. McCready dijo que están buscando cantantes para completarlo. Hay 12 canciones sin voz. Baker falleció en 1999 y Staley murió en 2002.

Mike McCready announced during a radio interview on WFPK today that Mad Season are planning on reissuing Above and also have a live albumin the works. Mad Season released their lone album in 1995 and played their final show in April 1995. 3/4 of the lineup (Mike McCready, Baker, and Barrett Martin) recorded the instrumentals for a second album in 1997 but couldn’t get Staley or Mark Lanegan to sing on it. McCready said they are looking for singers to complete it. There are 12 songs without vocals. Baker passed away in 1999 and Staley died in 2002.
