El viernes, 9 de marzo, a la bendita hora de las 19:00, una hora menos en la isla, dara comienzo la primera fase del festival siendo a las 22:00 cuando from the noise actue. Todo esto en la ya conocida Sala Museo (enfrente mismo de las murallas de la macarena). No os podeis perder el inicio de nuestras andadas!!

El sistema de puntos va de la siguiente manera:

1 Voto SMS = 1 punto
1 Voto del publico = 5 puntos
1 Voto de los músicos = 20 puntos
1 voto de la industria musical = 30 puntos

A partir del 1 de febrero ya se abren los telefonos para votar, si From the noise es tu eleccion, manda un mensaje poniendo:

Billy publicó este vídeo hace unas semanas en su Twitter, que parece indicar que él podría como Ron Paul (o al menos se ve que los medios de comunicación están sesgados contra él). Las opiniones políticas de Billy durante los años que él ha expresado parecen ser muy independientes, en lugar de inclinarse sólo hacia la derecha o la izquierda. Courtney Love gana contra la demanda del propietario

Finalmente los tribunales han dado la razón a Courtney Love en su disputa con la propietaria de su casa neoyorquina que le reclamaba supuestas rentas impagadas y no ha sido desahuciada, leemos en TMZ.

Donna Lyons, la propietaria, le reclamaba a la viuda de Kurt Cobain 50.000 dólares en mensualidades de alquiler pero de acuerdo al juzgado, las partes llegaron a un acuerdo tras la entrada en la casa de Love por el que ésta pagaba mes a mes, en lugar de hacerlo por adelantado.

El juzgado no se ha pronunciado respecto a la otra reclamación de la casera: el cambio de decoración sin permiso de la vivienda.

Courtney Love will NOT be evicted from her luxury Manhattan townhouse — TMZ has learned, a judge just tossed out the landlord’s case, because it turns out Courtney did exactly what a good tenant is supposed to do — pay her rent.

Courtney’s landlord filed the eviction lawsuit, claiming she owed $54,000 for 2 months of back rent. But the judge just ruled the landlord was way off base. Turns out the landlord and Courtney had made an agreement after the lease was signed that altered the payment schedule. Courtney was paying according to the new deal, but the landlord was trying to enforce the original one.
