La clásica formación del Live Through This de Hole se reunió anoche para tocar por primera vez juntos en más de 16 años: Courtney Love, Eric Erlandson, Melissa auf der Maur y Patty Schemel.  Schemel dejó la banda durante la realización del Celebrity Skin, que pasó a convertirse en un gran éxito.  Hole tocó su último show en julio de 1999, y una década más tarde Courtney Love revivió el nombre de Hole.

The classic (technically not original) Live Through This lineup of Hole reunited last night to perform for the first time together in over 16 years: Courtney Love, Eric Erlandson, Melissa auf der Maur, and Patty Schemel.  Schemel left the band during the making of Celebrity Skin, which went on to become a major hit.  Hole played their final show in July 1999, and a decade later Courtney Love revived the Hole name.

Billy Corgan Announces Smashing Pumpkins fan project “Lucky 13″

Billy Corgan de The Smashing Pumpkins ha encargado a un equipo intermediario el fin de recomendar los próximos lanzamientos de Smashing Pumpkins Record Club (SPRC). Junto con la entrada de fans, El equipo “Lucky 13″ revisará material de archivos, identificará posibles modelos de precios y propondrá  métodos y modelos de distribución de vídeos y audios seleccionados.

El alcance del materiales de archivo actualmente está bajo consideración e incluye espectáculos profesionalmente grabados o filmados en vivo, grabaciones soundboard, canciones inéditas, demos y tomas alternativas.

La actuación de los fans es totalmente imprescindible para este proyecto: Hay 3 cosas que los fans pueden hacer:

Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins has commissioned an intermediary team for the purpose of recommending upcoming Smashing Pumpkins Record Club (SPRC) releases. In conjunction with fan input, “The Lucky 13” team will review archival material, identify possible pricing models, and propose methods and formats of distribution for selected audio and video releases.

The scope of archival material currently under consideration includes professionally taped or filmed live shows, soundboard recordings, unreleased songs, demos and alternate takes.

Fan input is essential to this project. Here are three ways fans can contribute:- Email recommendations to TheLucky13Team@gmail.com.
- Share suggestions on your preferred Smashing Pumpkins message board. Members of the team will be monitoring designated “The Lucky 13” threads to gather fan input.
- “Like” the “The Lucky 13” Facebook page and leave comments.
